The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider a request from the owner of 1559 Obetz Avenue for a variance to Obetz Codified Ordinances Section 1173.03(b)(1)(A) to allow the installation of a fence 10 feet into the yard along Chandler Avenue. The Codified Ordinances prohibit fencing along Chandler Avenue because it’s a corner lot with two front yards. A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
