The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to review a request for a Conditional Use Permit at 4424 Alum Creek Drive to allow the temporary operation of a food truck from the parking lot.  A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
