The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider the rezoning of parcels 152-001744, 152-002315, 152-002316, and 152-001848 from Planned Unit Development District to Planned Commercial District. Following the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the case will be referred to Council for further determination.
