Permit applications must be submitted digitally to Tammy Cramblit. Payment may be made in person at the Obetz Administrative Building (4175 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz, OH 43207) or by phone at 614-491-1080.

Building inspections, with the exception of plumbing, must be scheduled with Toole & Associates by calling (614) 224-2300 ext. 1. Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice for all inspection requests.

Plumbing inspections are conducted by the Franklin County Board of Health and can be scheduled by calling (614) 525-3160. When requesting any inspection, please have your permit number, job site address, and preferred inspection date and time available. At the time of inspection, the permit card and a copy of the approved plans must be accessible on site.
