Automatic Direct Payment Program

The City offers an automatic payment (AutoPay) program for monthly utility bills. To enroll, customers must complete an authorization form and submit it to the Utilities Department by the 5th of the month for AutoPay to take effect that billing cycle.

Customers will continue to receive their monthly utility bill as usual. On the bill’s due date, or the following Monday if the due date falls on a weekend, the billed amount will be automatically withdrawn from the account designated on the authorization form.
