Obetz City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 as a part of the regularly scheduled meeting which starts at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider the rezoning of Parcel Number 152-001466 from Suburban Office and Institution to Planned Commercial District.  The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval at their April 9^th meeting.  A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
