The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider the rezoning of Parcel 152-000851 from Suburban Office and Institution to Planned Commercial District. Following the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the case will be referred to Council for further determination. A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
