The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider the following: (1) the rezoning of parcels 152-001760, 152-001020, 152-001736, 186-000006, and 186-000007 from Medium Density Residential (R-2) to Planned Residential District and approval of a Preliminary Development Plan; (2) a major modification of the approved Preliminary Development Plan for parcels 152-001754, 186-000244, and 186-000245. Following the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the case will be referred to Council for further determination. A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
