The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider a request from the owner of 1710 Meriline Avenue for a variance to Zoning Code Section 1169.04 to allow a gravel driveway. A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
