The Buckstone Community Authority, a new community authority duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, particularly Chapter 349 of the Ohio Revised Code (Act) will hold its Board of Trustees (“Board”) initial annual organizational meeting in accordance with the Act on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at the offices of the City of Obetz, Ohio at 4175 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz Ohio 43207 in the City Administrator’s Conference Room for the purpose of selecting officers of the Board, approving Board policies, other organizational matters and levying the community development charge.
