The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider a request from the owner of 1709 Arcadia Avenue for a variance to Obetz Codified Ordinances Section 1169.11(c) to allow the replacement of the existing driveway in the same location. The Codified Ordinances requires that a driveway must be setback 3’ from the side lot line. A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
