The Obetz Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Obetz Government Center located at 4175 Alum Creek Drive to consider a request from the owner of 4375 Holstein Drive for a variance to Obetz Codified Ordinances Section 1173.03(b)(1)(A). This is a corner lot. On corner lots there are two front yards. According to the Codified Ordinances, fencing cannot extend into the front yard. The property owners wants to install fencing in the yard on the east side of the house (the yard on the left if facing the house). A copy of the above request can be reviewed at the Obetz Government Center during normal business hours.
