After a lot of thought, I am sorry to tell you that our annual Easter Egg Hunt is cancelled. Planning for this event, we ordered 40,000 pre-stuffed eggs from the internet. Right around last Monday, we discovered that the delivery was delayed because of some shipping problem in the middle east. I do have some good news—the eggs finally arrived today! Luck was not on our side though. Frankly, the eggs arrived in good condition; but, when we opened them to check them out, we found a bunch of empty wrappers. Obviously, with only a few days until Easter, we decided to just skip the egg hunt for this year. One day, we will have a normal event again. Looking into what happened here is a top priority for us. Sorry to disappoint everyone!
